Three months before the Anaheim Ducks’ 2024–2025 season opener, our four-person team had to switch vendors and completely rebuild the mobile app. I coordinated with the vendor, our creative team, and Duck’s marketing to quickly redesign the UI and ensure it matched the team’s new branding.

We launched on time, promoted the app in-arena and online, and saw over 25,000 downloads in the first month—boosting fan engagement by about 30% compared to the previous season.
