MARRIOTT BONVOY
While at Accenture, I helped redesign the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program after Marriott acquired SPG, aiming to expand Marriott from a hotel brand into a full travel rewards system. I led research, stakeholder interviews, service mapping, and technical planning to create a program that met user needs, was financially sustainable, and delivered seamless experiences across the travel journey.
Today, Marriott Bonvoy serves over 150 million members worldwide, with many features we developed fully implemented in the mobile app. The program continues to provide meaningful value to members and supports Marriott’s growth. I remain an active Platinum Member and regularly use the loyalty program I helped build.
