Record Room, an intimate vinyl listening lounge in Long Island City, is expanding to a flagship location in Downtown Brooklyn. With a loyal audience of 42K+ followers, 418K monthly views, and high engagement, the opportunity is to turn that following into a deeper, long-term community. I’m developing the Founding Members Program to do just that—designing the membership structure, benefits, and onboarding experience to attract early adopters and make them feel invested from day one.
I’m also working on launch communications, event programming, and partnerships to ensure the opening drives strong attendance and member sign-ups. The goal is to strengthen loyalty, create consistent engagement, and establish the flagship as a key cultural destination for music lovers.
